Resubmission Policy

Authors may resubmit manuscripts that were previously rejected, provided that substantial revisions have been made. Resubmissions must demonstrate how the concerns raised in the original review have been addressed. Please note: IJAIKE papers may only be resubmitted once.
All resubmissions must include:
- A cover letteroutlining the major changes made
- A point-by-point responseto the reviewers’ and editors’ comments
- The revised manuscript, with changes marked or highlighted
When submitting a resubmission, authors should not send the paper directly to the correspondence editor. Instead, they must use IJAIKE’s standard submission weblink to ensure proper tracking and processing.
Resubmitted manuscripts will be treated as new submissions and may be assigned to the same or different reviewers. The editorial board reserves the right to determine whether the revisions are sufficient to warrant re-review.
Authors are encouraged to resubmit within 6 months of the original decision. Delayed resubmissions may require justification or may be declined if the topic is no longer aligned with the journal’s current focus.
Authors must not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to IJAIKE and another journal. All resubmissions are subject to the journal’s ethical standards, including plagiarism checks and conflict of interest disclosures.
