Formatting for Publication

Upon acceptance, authors must submit the final version of their manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx), following the IJAIKE Manuscript Submission Requirements. The manuscript must include all figures, tables, and references properly formatted and embedded within the text.
If a paper is submitted online and tentatively accepted, it is considered the final submission—no further changes will be allowed.

Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English. Authors are encouraged to proofread their work or use professional editing services to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency in tone.

  • The title should be concise and reflect the core contribution of the paper.
  • Include full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
  • Clearly identify the corresponding author.
  • Provide an abstract of 250–350 words summarizing the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Include 7–9 relevant keywords to aid indexing and discoverability.

The manuscript should be organized into clearly defined sections, such as:

  • Introduction
  • Related Work
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion and Future Work
  • Followed by Acknowledgements, References, Tables, and Figures.
Each section should be appropriately titled and numbered. Authors should ensure logical flow and coherence throughout the manuscript.
  • Number all figures and tables consecutively and cite them in the text.
  • Place figure captions below the figures and table captions above the tables.
  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi) for clarity in both print and digital formats.
  • Figures and tables must be embedded in the manuscript after the reference section, and also submitted as separate files.
  • Use standard equation editors (e.g., Microsoft Equation Editor or MathType).
  • Define all symbols and abbreviations at first use.
  • Ensure consistency in notation throughout the manuscript.
  • Follow IJAIKE’s prescribed citation style.
  • All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
  • Use reference management tools (e.g., EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley) to maintain consistency.

Include a brief acknowledgment section before the references to recognize funding sources, institutional support, or individual contributions.

Authors must complete and submit the IJAIKE copyright transfer agreement upon acceptance. All articles are published under an open-access model, allowing free access while retaining author rights.

Authors will receive a galley proof before publication. It is the author’s responsibility to review and approve the final version promptly. Only minor corrections will be accepted at this stage.

Authors may submit supplementary files (e.g., datasets, code, appendices) to support reproducibility. These materials will be published online alongside the article.
